About Me

Because real change starts with real stories – here’s mine.

Hi, I’m Elizabeth

let me share my story.
Certified Psychological Coach – with life
experience, clarity, humor and heart.

It didn’t start with a career plan – it started with turning points. I spent nearly two decades living and working in Nigeria, years that shaped my worldview and taught me to listen deeply, stay curious, and question before judging. During that time, and shortly after, I faced cancer twice – and survived. Those experiences changed everything: my pace, my priorities, and my perspective. Nigeria showed me resilience and connection; cancer reminded me that life is precious and not to be postponed. Both taught me what no book could: strength and compassion grow through challenge. I’ve worked, improvised, and started over. I’m a mother, grandmother, wife, and daughter – shaped by family, by loss and growth, and by a deep respect for diversity. Today, I coach from that experience. My role is to listen with attention, ask thoughtful questions, and create a safe space for you to breathe, reflect, and move forward at your own pace. Now based in Germany, I also support my parents through dementia – and people like you who want clarity, courage, and a new perspective. Coaching with me means honesty, warmth, and genuine connection – because real life deserves real support.

My Journey to Coaching

From a Detour
to a True Calling

What started as a job became a passion: guiding, supporting, and challenging people. I was often asked how to sell better – but I was always more interested in how people develop when they are truly seen. Today I am a coach – not because it was my plan, but because I realized:

Real change takes time, trust, and sometimes, uncomfortable, honest questions.

Grew up in England and Germany – lived & worked in Nigeria

From sales to coaching – not by chance, but by conviction

Clarity emerges when genuine listening and good questions are given space
